On Sunday, July 5, some heartless driver ran over the neighborhood peacock on East Empire Street.
This peacock’s owner apparently passed away, and the neighborhood had been feeding him.
Whoever ran him over stopped and then took his feathers. It was a senseless, terrible, sad loss for the neighborhood, and an evil thing to do.
Shame on you.
