The Dolores School District RE-4A Board of Education is set to talk curriculum and a potential preschool tuition rate increase at its regular meeting Thursday night.
Lynn Zinn will lead the curriculum audit discussion for the board. And while the tuition raise is listed as a discussion item, trustees may choose to take action on the proposed increase.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. in the professional development room, the large building behind the district office at 100 N. Sixth St.
Other businessAlso on tap for Thursday night is an official acceptance of a National Archery in the Schools Program matching grant, along with a presentation on the Elementary School-a-rama happening Jan. 31.The board will receive various department updates, including a district accountability report, a budget report for 2018-19, and an IT Department report regarding a copier contract.Other items on the table include a discussion regarding donations and Donors Choose grant funds, setting a policy meeting in February, and setting a special meeting for final budget 2018-19.The board will consider approving the resignation of elementary school paraeducator Windy Hall.The board will give a report on the sale/transfer of BOCES property and hear an update on the new superintendent search.[email protected]
