The public is invited to come and experience the Cowboy Way together with the Southwest Cowboy Church. The theme for this months event is Doing What You Love! and will feature two Western Gospel Bands: The Line Camp Riders and Cowboys for Christ. The gathering will be held at the Lewis-Arriola Community Center at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 6. The community center is located on County Road S about a mile west of Hwy. 491.
Cowboy Church Pastor Mark Baker will present a cowboy message on the theme and define the Cowboy Way using the scriptures. Everyone is encouraged to bring a potluck dish for a meal at 6 p.m., followed by Cowboy Church at 7 p.m.
Dress cowboy or just come as you are. Cowboy Church is very relaxed and full of laughter and comedy, as well as good Bible encouragement.
