2016 Mancos High School graduate Jessica Gutierrez was presented a scholarship on behalf of Philanthropic Educational Organization Chapter BD of Mancos. Vicki Noland and Lynne Lewis, who are members of the Education Committee of Chapter BD, presented the award. Gutierrez plans on attending Colorado State University in Fort Collins in the fall.
