According to Democratic rhetoric, Obama as president has been tested and proven in the job. If Obama was actually doing his job, that might be true. Obama has found a novel way to shirk his responsibilities to concentrate on more important concerns in the White House.
Obamas defunct manner of acting as president utilizes a politburo-style council of advisors who do his thinking for him, leaving Obama more time to concentrate on important issues of deciding which beer flavor to brew next in the white house. To Democrats, this amounts to some kind of proven ability as president.
If Obama is proven, in the capacity of president, that must explain Obama appointing Wall Street exectuives as economic advisors and czars, to oversee economic policy, which is a matter of public record that anyone can research on the Internet.
