Mountainfilm on Tour, which boasts “culturally rich, adventure-packed and inspiring documentary films” from the Mountainfilm Festival every Memorial Day weekend in Telluride, will visit the Dolores Community Center on April 27, according to a news release.
The lineup in Dolores will explore themes connected to Mountainfilm’s mission of using “film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world.”
A Mountainfilm presenter will guide the audience through the program, providing insight on the films, filmmakers and subjects.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Great Outdoors Silent Auction. Films start at 7:15 p.m.
Food, drinks, a raffle and a Kid Zone also are planned.
Tickets for Mountainfilm on Tour in Dolores will be sold at doloresriverfestival.org and will be available the day of the event at the Dolores Community Center, 400 Riverside Ave. The cost for each show is $10 per adult and free for children 12 and under.
