The Durango chapter of The Well Armed Woman, a nonprofit that allows local women to meet, practice and learn about shooting firearms, will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday in the indoor range at Durango Gun Club, 580 Florida Road.
Ammunition will be discussed this month, including basic properties, types and the meaning of grains. Special targets will be set up at the meeting for St. Patrick’s Day.
Nonmembers are welcome to attend one meeting without joining, though the shooting range is for members only.
