The Mancos Valley Arts Council has put out a call for artists and craftsmen to participate in the Mancos Valley/Mesa Verde Country Balloon and Art Festival. The Art Festival is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 29 and will take place on Grand Avenue. It is a one-day eventand all artists and craftsmen are encouraged to participate.
