Regional Substance Abuse Prevention Partners (RSAPP) announces the addition of Kelsie Borland as Program Coordinator.
Kelsie Borland grew up in Southwest Colorado and has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Colorado State University. Borland is an AmeriCorps Alum who has spent the last two years working as a Residential Counselor with Volunteers of America Southwest Safehouse, and has previous experience in personnel management and training. Borlands initiative for Southwest Colorado is to offer youth the skills and opportunities to live positive and healthy lifestyles.
RSAPP is a nonprofit organization serving the five counties of southwest Colorado and Fort Lewis College with the long-term goal of decreasing youth substance abuse. RSAPP works with youth-serving community organizations and provides tools, training, resources, and AmeriCorps members while emphasizing community-based solutions.
