I would like to thank Teresa Blakney for pointing out that not everyone with a broken down car has a cell phone and has help on the way. My husband and I used to routinely stop. We have changed tires and given rides to numerous people. I have had good people stop and help me from time to time. But, it seems with everyone having a cell phone, we have been told, Thats OK, help is on the way, so many times that we just dont stop any more. From now on we will stop and see if help is needed.
