Braiden’s all nighter softball tournament

The Cortez Softball Complex will host “Braiden’s All Nighter Softball Tournament the weekend of Aug. 25-26. It’s a $200 entry fee. All proceeds go toward Braiden Smith and his family medical expenses. Smith, 7, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. The tourney is double elimination and payouts are awarded to first- and-second-place teams. Play begins at 10 a.m. Aug. 25, and concludes at 10 a.m. Aug. 26.
