THE BLACK GOAT was eating grass by the water dock this week and looks very healthy and a bit pudgy. The goat has been wild for years, some say for as many as 12 years. Nobody seems to know where the goat came from and how exactly it has survived all these years on its own on the hillside overlooking the Dolores Fire Department.
