Merriam-Webster is not the ultimate and only definition of fascism. When a political partys only agenda is one-party rule of a nation and suppression of opposition is paramount, then that is fascism.
Dont hide behind one version of a fact to justify opposition to others beliefs. If you want to stifle free speech and the elimination of all the peoples voices, then a state of fascism exists.
