Wolf Creek Ski Area announced on Friday that it will open on weekends beginning this Saturday and Sunday.
Nova Lift, Wolf Creek’s beginner double chairlift, will be operate from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with natural and manufactured snow, according to a news release from Wolf Creek. Nova and Susan’s runs will be open for skiing and snowboarding with lift tickets $28 for adults, seniors and children.
Treasure and Bonanza Lifts will operate with early season conditions, and a few of the main trails – including Tranquility, Treasure, Powder Puff Valley, Windjammer and Charisma – will be open. Lift tickets to access Treasure and Bonanza will be $48 for adults, $31 for seniors and $26 for children, Wolf Creek said.
Wolf Creek reported receiving 26 inches of snow this season. The midway settled base is 10 inches.
The Wolf Creek Lodge will open with a limited lunch menu. Pathfinder Bar will also be open.
The ski school will be available for both adults and children, including the Wolf Pup Program with the Magic Carpet running for lessons. The Ski Rental and BoarderDome will be open, as well as Treasure Sports.
