Scott Michell Guzman-Gray, 21, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of providing alcohol to a minor. He was sentenced to 18 months of supervised state probation, and to sex offender intensive supervision as long as necessary to complete treatment. He was ordered to complete sex offense specific treatment, as recommended by sex offender specific evaluation. Defendant was ordered to pay $2,023.50 in fines and costs, and must complete a traditional outpatient substance treatment. Defendant was also ordered to obtain his GED and work to obtain gainful employment. He must continue to register as a sex offender. The defendant shall not contract any financial obligation without approval of his probation officer and/or collection investigator. Probation may address any waivable fees if defendant is found indigent.
Christopher Charles Lance, 24, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of driving while ability impaired. This is defendants first DUI conviction. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with suspended imposition and to 12 months unsupervised deferred probation. He was ordered to pay $606.50 in fines and costs. Defendant was ordered to complete victim impact panel, Level II education and 42 hours of outpatient therapy Track A. He must complete the Alive at 25 driving program and a substance abuse evaluation. He must engage in treatment within 15 days of sentencing or jail release, and must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol use. No alcohol or illegal drug use is permitted. Twenty-four hours of useful public service/community service must be completed by April 8, 2013. Defendant must provide proof of testing to the court and the District Attorneys Office.

Antonio E. Eyetoo, 25, of Durango, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $126 in fines and costs.
MAY 15
Hollis Ray Breland III, 27, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of driving while ability impaired. This is defendants second DWAI conviction. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and an additional 365 days in jail with suspended imposition. Defendant also received 24 months of supervised probation, and must complete 60 hours of useful public service/community service by April 15, 2013. He was ordered to pay $1,298.50 in fines and costs, and must attend victim impact panel, attitudinal dynamics of driving program, Level II education and 68 hours of therapy Track C. Defendant must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol use, and must engage in treatment within 15 days of sentencing or jail release. Standard conditions of probation apply including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Defendant is to follow all conditions of probation. Defendant is to serve 10 days in jail with an additional 365 days suspended imposition as a condition of completing probation successfully.

Dwayne K. Claw, 18, of White Mesa, Ariz., pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $131 in fines and costs, and to set up a payment plan with a collections investigator.
MAY 25
James Varney, 29, of Cortez, pleaded guilty of protection order violation civil. He was ordered to pay $517.60 in fines and costs.
Ricky Dean Gray, 27, of Durango, pleaded guilty to one count of protection order violation civil. He was sentenced to 5 days in jail, to report on June 8, 2012, and to pay $184.50 in fines and costs.
Klaus Bjorn Brockmann, 31, of Mancos, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct unreasonable. He was ordered to pay $278.50 in fines and costs.

Bruce Nelson, 56, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to one count of driving while ability impaired. This is defendants first alcohol-related driving conviction. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with suspended imposition and to 12 months supervised private probation. He was ordered to pay $918.60 in fines and costs. Defendant was ordered to complete victim impact panel, Level II education and 42 hours of outpatient therapy Track A. He must engage in treatment within 15 days of sentencing or jail release, and must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol use as required by probation. All standard conditions of probation apply. Defendant must follow all conditions of probation including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Twenty-four hours of useful public service/community service must be completed by April 29, 2013. Thirty day jail sentence is suspended imposition as a condition of completing probation successfully. Restitution is open for 90 days.
Eunice M. Moore, 35, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment strike/shove/kick and received a deferred sentence, updated, of 12 months state probation, concurrent with count 1 of case number 11CR208. He was ordered to pay $285.50 in fines and costs. Defendant must obtain a domestic violence evaluation and follow all recommendations, and must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol use. Standard conditions of probation apply, including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Defendant must follow all conditions of probation and must pay all statutorily imposed fines, fees, and costs. The protection order remains in effect.
Donald J. Depweg, 59, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence of alcohol. This is defendants first alcohol-related driving conviction. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with suspended imposition and to 12 months supervised private probation. He was ordered to pay $964.50 in fines and costs. Defendant was ordered to complete victim impact panel, Level II education and 42 hours of outpatient therapy Track A, as well as traditional outpatient therapy. He must engage in treatment within 15 days of sentencing or jail release, and must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol use as required by probation. All standard conditions of probation apply. Defendant must follow all conditions of probation including no alcohol or illegal drug use. Twenty-four hours of useful public service/community service must be completed by November 29, 2012. Thirty day jail sentence is suspended imposition as a condition of completing probation successfully. Restitution is open for 90 days. Defendant must also undergo a substance abuse evaluation if required by probation.
