Recently, I was a patient at Southwest Memorial Hospital. From the moment I was seen in the emergency room, until I was ready to leave, I received excellent care.
The doctors and nurses were the best to be found and every department that assisted me gave that same level of care and professionalism.
I was asked repeatedly to call if I needed anything and my requests were always answered promptly and cheerfully. I was treated with respect and dignity for my entire stay.
