$PHOTOCREDIT_ON$Kemper Elementary School has installed the new spring 2012 student council, elected in January. Over the course of the semester, the student council will participate in raising and lowering the flag, running assemblies and the school recycling project. They will also hold a reception for senior citizens during Kemper’s Art Show scheduled in April. The most important job of a Kemper student council member is to be a positive example of behavior and citizenship at Kemper.
