I would like to express my appreciation to our hospital in Cortez and all its staff. After being admitted four times in the past two years, three times in the ER and once in the operating room, I was extremely satisfied with my treatment from everyone. I would like to thank Dr. Turpen in the ER, Hope and Maria in X-ray, Dani, Tom and Diane in Physical Therapy and a special thanks to Dr. Doug Bagge in surgery.
