The family of Charlene King Washington would like to thank the staff of Southwest Memorial Hospital for their care of her and the family during her passing. Dr. Aiken, Janet Dana, Edith, Cara and Jamie were all wonderful and did an excellent job of assisting us and keeping us informed during her passing.
