Happy parents Nicole Roberts-Gurley and Daniel Atkisson of Cortez are proud to announce the arrival of Serenity Faith Atkisson. Serenity was born on Dec. 25, 2011 at 9:07 a.m. at Southwest Memorial Hospital in Cortez. She weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 19 inches long at birth. Her grandparents are Eileen Rank, Jeffery Atkisson, Gwen Chabry, and Richard Gurley. She also has two aunts, Amanda and Vanessa Atkisson, and three uncles, Randy, Alex, and David Atkisson, who welcome their new niece.
