He weighed 7 pounds 13.8 ounces, and was 20 inches long. His parents are Cecilia Robinson and Steven Smith of Lane, Okla. Chaz’s proud grandparents include Charles and Ellen Robinson of Cortez, Joanne Votaw of Atoka, Okla. and the late Steven Smith of Sacramento, Calif.
