Dear Editor:
During a lengthy employment, I had the privilege of traveling to all 50 states and living in 10 of them. The Montezuma County clerk and recorder, Carol Tullis, runs the most organized office I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. Carol is knowledgeable, efficient and always willing to help in an extremely friendly manner. Her staff reflects these assets. We Montezuma County residents are very fortunate to have her and her staff.
