Lt. Gov. Donna Lynne and Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock have announced that “Mouse Mess” by Linnea Riley is the 2017 One Book 4 Colorado selection.
One Book 4 Colorado plans to give away 75,000 copies of the book to every 4-year-old in Colorado. Books are available in English or Spanish and are distributed at public and military libraries across the state, through May 1.

One Book 4 Colorado is a collaboration of the lieutenant governor, Serve Colorado, the Colorado State Library, the Colorado Department of Education, public and military libraries and the private sector. Sponsors include Wal-Mart, Anadarko Petroleum Corp., McDonald’s, State Farm, Southwest Airlines and Rocky Mountain PBS.
