The Dove Creek Lady Bulldogs volleyball team lost a tough match in five sets at Ignacio on Tuesday night, 3-2 (22-25, 25-22, 25-16, 21-25, 13-15).
Dove Creek (0-3, 0-1 1A San Juan Basin League) led Ignacio (1-2, 1-0 2A SJBL) two sets to one, but couldnt hang on in the first league match of the season for both teams.
The Lady Bulldogs have another conference match tonight at Nucla (2-2, 1-1 1A SJBL) at 5 p.m.
