Tuesday, March 21Noxious Weed Control in Montezuma County, presented by Kenny Smith, Owner of Premier Weed Management, at 7 p.m. Topics to be discussed include problems associated with noxious weeds, weed types and identification, types of control, sprayer calibration, and local programs. This is part of the library’s ongoing Agriculture Series).
Thursday, March 23Trail Visions: A Creative Journey, presented by Veryl Goodnight, artist, sculptor, and member of the National Cowgirl Hall of Fame, at 6 p.m. Goodnight will share stories that have inspired her creative works. A reception will follow at her new gallery on Grand Avenue.
Ongoing eventsKnit or Crochet at the Library: Join skilled knitting enthusiast, Kathy Graf, to knit or crochet, Tuesdays from 6-7 p.m. Teens and adults are welcome. This is a free program. Limited supplies of knitting needles, crochet hooks, and yarn are available or bring your own if possible.
