G.C. Java opened Friday as an extension of T-Box Liquors at 2410 Fairway Drive, off Colorado Highway 145. Owner Shay Allred, left, and manager Heather Barritt will offer various coffee drinks as well as breakfast burritos, and pastries and gluten free pastries from Shilohs. G.C. Java is open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
