Great letter from Teresa Campbell about the traffic control in Cortez (Journal, Feb. 13). Her views mirror mine, so I will add a little poem that I have meant to send for some time:

I drove to town one day to see what I

could see.

The first thing that I noticed were the

cars all passing me.

I was driving at the limit, and so I

pose the question:

Are the speed limit signs the law?

Or merely a suggestion?
