Shandi Williford, a 2007 graduate of Dolores High School, recently graduated cum laude from Colorado State University with a bachelor of arts in English with a concentration in English education. She additionally graduated as a University Honors Scholar.
Shandi is the daughter of Kim and Rysta Williford, and the granddaughter of June Bertram of Dolores and Molly Warren of Cortez. The commencement ceremony was held Saturday, May 14. Attending the ceremony were Kim, Rysta, and Roarke Williford; June Bertram; Jerry and Kelly Ayers and family of Cortez; and Coley and Javier Coulon of Junction City, Kan.
