Avenue Lighthouse kicked off the Reach Out Music Festival Saturday at City Park. The music began at 2 p.m. and included artists such as Avenue Lighthouse, Mervin Budram, Ryan Stevenson and KJ-52, among others. This was the fifth year for the festival, organizer Tim Robinson said.
