Dale and Peggy Wilson of Dolores are pleased to announce the upcoming wedding of their daughter Leeah Wilson with Brodie Hoyer, son of Kevin and Cindy Hoyer of Akron, Colo. Leeah is a 1999 graduate of Dickinson High School, Dickinson, N.D., and Brodie is a 1999 graduate of Akron High School. Both are 2003 graduates of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y. Leeah recently received her graduate degree from Columbia University. Brodie is commanding a combat engineer company at Ft. Drum, N.Y., and has also been selected for a professorship at West Point’s Civil & Mechanical Engineering Department. The couple will be married June 4 at Denver’s Messiah Community Church, ELCA with a reception for friends and family at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science following the ceremony. The couple is looking forward to their move to California, where Brodie will pursue his graduate degree at Stanford University.
