2:02 p.m.: A man at the Montezuma County jail was served at warrant from San Juan County, New Mexico.
4:44 p.m.: A homeowner reported the theft of an outdoor chimney and a propane tank at a residence in the 10 block of W. Driscoll.
6:21 p.m.: A man was arrested on two active warrants in Parque de Vida.
10 p.m.: A woman was arrested in Centennial Park on two active warrants.

11:46 a.m.: A man was arrested for possessing alcohol and an open container of alcohol in Cortez City Park.
10:54 p.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace after a fight outside the Cortez Rec Center.
1:44 p.m.: A woman was arrested in the 500 block of E. Arbecam Ave. on suspicion of violating a protection order, criminal mischief, child abuse, harassment and domestic violence.

10 p.m.: A man was served a warrant at Montezuma County jail.
10:51 p.m.: A man was served a warrant at Montezuma County jail.
2 a.m.: A bicycle valued at $180 was reported stolen in the 300 block of E. Montezuma Ave.
Monday, May 9
7 a.m.: A backpack, pair of binoculars, 200 .22-caliber cartridges, a lap counter and $10 in change were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1800 block of Hermosa St.
5:56 p.m.: A man was arrested on an active warrant after a fight was reported in Cortez City Park.
11:08 p.m.: A resident in the 600 block of N. Ash requested that former girlfriend be issued a permanent no-trespass order after she tried to enter his home.
10:53 p.m.: Police deployed a stun gun, deployed a police dog and struck a man several times in his neck as four officers restrained and arrested a man who had reportedly been yelling in a parking lot in the 500 block of S. Madison St. The man was face possible charges of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.
Tuesday, may 10
12:57 a.m.: A man was cited for trespass at Wal-Mart.
10:04 a.m.: A burglary was reported at a home in the 10100 block of U.S. 491.
10:09 a.m.: A theft of a purse valued at $50 and $33 in cash and change was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 2100 block of La Plata Place.
8:55 a.m.: An iPod and a Vita Playstation were reported stolen from an apartment in the 800 block of S. Chestnut St.
11:46 a.m.: A man was arrested on an active warrant in the 800 block of N. Edith St.
12:20 p.m.: An officer responded to a call about a possible hit-and-run at Montezuma Ave. and Mildred Road and arrested a man on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, failing to report that he hit property (a park bench). The officer requests that felony charges be considered because of more than $1,000 damage to a bench and other property in Parque de Vida.
2:20 p.m.: A male was issues a summons for disturbing the peace after a reported fight in the 10 block of W. Montezuma Ave.
Wednesday, may 11
9:17 a.m.: A woman was arrested on an active warrant at District Court.
11:01 a.m.: A woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI and DUI per se in 1500 block of E. Main St.
2:30 p.m.: A man was arrested on an active warrant after a traffic stop 1100 block of E. Main St.
9:38 p.m.: A woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI 1400 block of N. Mildred Road
