Four Corners Monument welcomes 19 new U.S. citizens from four states
Abdul Kamara, from Sierra Leone; Alejandro Alonso, from Mexico; Gabriella Rico, from Mexico; Jose Solano-Gardea, from Mexico; Valentina Filat, from Moldova; and Ursula Cristol, from Peru, were six Colorado residents that became naturalized U.S. citizens at a Sept. 15 ceremony at the Four Corners Monument. In total, 19 people from 11 different countries were naturalized at the ceremony.
