Nullification, in U.S. constitutional history, is a legal theory (not in the Constitution). The theory of nullification has never been legally upheld by federal courts or the Supreme Court. Why is having a trashy-looking yard a “conservative” thing? Why is it so wrong to try to make your neighbors and visitors proud of your community? Why is that a “liberal” thing?
