Rachel Anwerr, Joann Rogers and Dianne Taylor bake pies, breads and cookies at the Dolores Food Market. They also make tamales, pot pies, enchiladas and casseroles. They trio get a lot done in the bakery at the market and the smells are amazing. On Tuesday afternoon, the trio were busy making tamales.
