BROOMFIELD, Colo. (AP) _ DMC Global Inc. (BOOM) on Thursday reported first-quarter profit of $432,000.
The Broomfield, Colorado-based company said it had net income of 3 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs, were 4 cents per share.
The diversified holding company posted revenue of $55.7 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in July, DMC Global said it expects revenue in the range of $67 million to $72 million.
DMC Global shares have climbed 20% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $52.01, more than doubling in the last 12 months.
