Southwest Health System, Inc. has named John M. Nadone as its new Chief Financial Officer. Nadone assumed his duties on November 22, according to a news release from Southwest Memorial Hospital. Southwest Health System operates Southwest Memorial Hospital and four affiliated clinics in Cortez.
Nadone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Immediately prior to joining Southwest Health System, he served as the Vice President of Finance Policy for the California Association of Hospital and Health Systems in Sacramento. Nadone has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at several smaller, rural hospitals over the course of his career, including two district hospitals similar in size to Southwest Memorial, as well as with larger healthcare organizations.
