Does that pretend governor who spends 99% of his time in a five-mile corridor east and west of Interstate 25 have any idea what the rest of the state looks like?
When I see edicts that tell me that I can recreate but I can’t travel more than 10 miles from my home, I seriously doubt that person realizes not everyone lives in an urban area. The closest area to me to recreate would be Phil’s World, but I don’t ride mountain bikes. After that, it is about 12 miles to get to Cortez so I can’t go there because it is too far.
The recreation police might stop me in the park and arrest me for being more than 10 miles from my house.
The idiocy that continues to come from the governor’s office really shouldn’t come as any surprise. After all, he has now joined up with Gavin Newsom and that band of great thinkers in California. Evidently our pretend governor believes Colorado is like some other state. Pretty soon he will be asking Eric Garcetti to send some of their homeless from Los Angeles to Colorado so we can be more like the Golden State.
