The Mildred Friendship Club is sponsoring a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior attending Cortez, Dolores or Mancos High School who plans to further their education at a university, community college or vocational school.
Applicants will be selected based on academic achievement, leadership abilities, community involvement and letters of recommendation. Deadline for submission is May 1.
