The Produce Safety Collaborative will offer individual consultations from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 23 at the Mancos Community Center.
Appointments will be available for produce safety compliance, GAP audits, food safety plan templates, soil amendments, worker protection, organic inspections and assistance with fruit food safety plans, post-harvest handling and writing standard operating procedures.

The collaborative is a coordinated effort of Colorado State University Extension, Rocky Mountain Farmers Union, Colorado Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association, Fort Lewis College and Colorado Department of Agriculture.
