How BLM really feels about move West

Leaked audio is filled with fumbles by leadership, disapproving rumbles and derisive laughter
In leaked audio from a Sept. 5 BLM staff meeting, newly appointed acting Director William Perry Pendley defended the agency headquarters relocation from Washington, D.C., to Grand Junction.
“If I had to make a decision, I probably would have made a different decision. But I follow orders. That’s what we do,” said BLM Deputy Director of Operations Mike Nedd during the meeting.
Pendley revealed that the BLM is about to sign a lease in Grand Junction, Colorado, assuring that the move will happen. $5.6 million has been set aside by Congress for the relocation.
