Durango maker of boat fenders, dock bumpers looks to expand manufacturing, sales

Courtney Gates and Brian Slaughter co-owners of Impact CBS Inc., came up with the idea for their business two years ago during a weekend water-skiing on Navajo Lake.
So far, Impact has had $60,000 in sales and plans to double that amount by the end of the year.
