The Home Builders Association of Southwest Colorado will celebrate another successful year of the Trades ‘N Training program in local high schools by auctioning off the tiny home built by Bayfield High School students at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at 2180 Lighting and Design Studio, 2180 Main Ave.
The Trades ‘N Training program works to close the gap in the skilled workforce with local youth. By offering Pre-Apprentice Certifications, the TNT program continues to launch more job-ready workers into the building industry. This year marks the beginnings of self-sustainability for the program with the auction.
