The Painted Turtle Studio will offering after-school art classes for students ages 6-12 with instructor Jaime Becktel on four Thursdays, Aug. 29, Sept. 5, 12 and 19. The class will run from 3:45 to 5 p.m., and the cost is $50 for four sessions.
In this four-session drawing class, students will learn to create unique works of art using shapes and designs from the natural world as well as vibrant coloring techniques. They will explore basic drawing skills, create lively illustrations, and will have the opportunity to share those creations in a positive environment.
To enroll, payment can be made by cash or check to the instructor on the first day of class. Please make checks payable to Painted Turtle, and provide the student's full name and age, plus parent's full name, phone number and email.
