Thank you, for a great Mancos Days 2013!
The theme for this year's Mancos Days was "Bonnets & Cowboy Hats!"
The kids went all out for the kiddies parade on Friday along with the kids' games and fishing derby.
The fun continued onto Saturday with the Fun Run, Boy Scouts Pancake breakfast and the parade with the Queen and former queens. Our citizen of the year was "our own great Mancos Fire Department!" Venders were ready to go and there were plenty of activities and entertainment for all to enjoy. Live entertainment Friday in Boyle was the band Yearning for Yeti. Tom Yoder kept the street dance grooving Saturday night along with the fireworks. The H2O fights and softball tournament were a great end to our weekend.
Parade: First Place - Valley Inn; Second Place - Hospice of Montezuma; Third Place - Past Mancos Days Queens.
Softball Tournament: First Place Women - Classic Tiles. First Place Men - Animas Drywall.
Congratulations and thank you to all of the participants for all of the events and activities!
