2:45 p.m. A deputy was called to help locate a man who had walked away from the Golden Years Retirement Home, 103 N. 18th St., in Dolores. About three hours later, the man was located.
10:41 p.m. An officer served at active warrant to a male inmate at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

8:42 a.m. A deputy served an active warrant to a male inmate at the Montezuma County Detention center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
8:44 a.m. A deputy was called to the 11900 block of County Road 28.1, about an issue with identity theft. A woman reported someone attempted to apply for a credit card using her identity. She said she was in contact with a federal agent from the U.S. Postal Service. The case was being handled at the federal level.
3:22 p.m. A deputy was called to Montezuma County Combined Court, 865 N. Park St., about a woman driving to her court appearance with a revoked driver’s license. The woman was issued a summons for driving with a revoked license.
Friday, June 21
8:39 a.m. A deputy was called to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant to a male inmate.
10:24 a.m. A deputy was patrolling near the Ute Mountain Casino, in the initial block of Weeminuche Drive in Towaoc, when he stopped a woman for driving a Chevy Malibu with expired license plates. A woman was issued a summons for driving with a license under restraint.
3:01 p.m. A deputy issued an active warrant to a male inmate at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
3:25 p.m. A deputy was called to County Road CC and U.S. Highway 491 about a reckless driver who was driving 100 mph in a construction zone. The suspected vehicle was eventually spotted northbound on U.S. Highway 491 and stopped. A man was issued a summons for reckless driving and passing on left when prohibited.
Saturday, June 22
8:54 a.m. A deputy was called to the 22500 block of County Road 31 about a motor home that was tipped on its side. The motor home smelled of gasoline and oil and the fire department was called. A man who drove by on a bicycle said he thought he knew who the owners were. The matter was turned over to the Colorado Park Service.
Monday, June 24
10:49 a.m. A deputy served a warrant to a female inmate at Montezuma County Detention Center.
