Justin T. Fulks received his Eagle Scout Award at a Court of Honor Dec. 21, 2010. His project was completed in 2007. He orchestrated building a wheelchair ramp for a gentleman in Mancos who had lost both legs due to complications from diabetes. Justin would like to express his thanks to all who contributed time, talents, resources and support for his project and his merit badge activities over the years. Justins family is very proud of him. He is a member of Boy Scout Troop 520.
