One person was injured in a two-car crash on Colorado 145 Wednesday afternoon, the Colorado State Patrol reported.
The crash involved a passenger vehicle and a truck hauling a trailer at mile marker 44 near the Scotch Creek Road, said Trooper Gary Cutler, public affairs officer.
One person was transported to Southwest Memorial Hospital, but the extent of injuries is unknown.
The cause of the accident is under investigation, Cutler said. The vehicles were moved off the highway and the road remained open.
Rico Fire Protection District, the Colorado State Patrol and Southwest Health System ambulance responded to the scene.
