We found the care of our parents, Al and Jean Spotts, at Vista Grande during the past several years to be of exceptional quality. All the staff were attentive to their needs and communicated to us as needed. When things fell short of our expectations, which was relatively rare, they were addressed when brought to the attention of the appropriate party.
Most appreciated was their inclusion of Dad and Mom (and us) in the Vista Grande family. We felt they were welcomed and cared for as if members of family. This is all the more exceptional when we realize that there are numerous residents who receive this kind of reception and care.
Hospice of Montezuma provided quality responsiveness and care in partnership with the respective primary care facilities for both Dad and Mom, and we appreciate their care as well.
We had a similar experience with Vista Mesa for the four years our parents were residents there.
All in all, we found the care of all the above and their cooperative efforts about as close as you could come to “on Earth as it is in Heaven.”
