Storm drops about 20 inches of snow on Mancos

The town of Mancos saw about 20 inches of snow from Feb. 20 through 22, according to the Marshal’s Office.
Most vehicles along Grand Avenue were moved so that Colorado Department of Transportation snowplows could clear the streets, according to the Mancos Marshal’s Office.
Like other schools in Montezuma County, Mancos School District RE-6 canceled classes on Thursday and Friday.
The new snow Thursday night left Mancos streets and sidewalks in need of clearing.
