Pediatric Partners of the Southwest recently promoted Grecia Cruz and Destiny Salazar as family advocate and care coordinators.
In their new positions, Cruz and Salazar will provide patient and family care support and pediatric home services, including PPSW portal and tele-medicine home visit access.
